任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or its equivalent
- At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the Digital Marketing field is required for this position.
- Able to work independent with minor supervision.
- Knowledge in planning, managing, social and platforms etc.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and can provide flexible solutions
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Candidate with retail-related marketing will be advantage
岗位职责
- Strategize sales and marketing campaigns on social medial platform eg :Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu and etc.
- Plan, propose, execute and follow-up on marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
- Brainstorming creative ideas for content and branding as well as effective communication strategies.
- Copywriting for all social media marketing materials and advertising materials.
- Conducting research and analyze data to identify market audiences.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related as needed
