任职资格
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
- Knowledge in social media marketing, online media planning, branding, website and app marketing, email marketing, and other interactive solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Ability to design captivating visuals and graphics.
- Proficiency in video editing and production.
- Ability to set up and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other online advertising channels.
- Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) principles is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Self-starter with the ability to meet company objectives and deadlines.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia language is a plus.
岗位职责
- Plan, propose, execute and follow-up on marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Brainstorms new and creative strategies to grow our presence.
- Experience in database marketing, EDM, social media creatives, and content creations, including designs, videos, taglines, slogans etc.
- Design captivating graphics and visuals for various marketing materials.
- Produce engaging videos for marketing purposes, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Communicate, improve, and strengthen our social media presence for all brands
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Ability to conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive analysis.
- Position our brands and provide strong social images in public appearance.
- Attentive to details, able to notice smallest details that might impact the outcomes.
- Strategize and create video content that encourages product discovery and drives sales on our e-commerce platform.
- Copywriting skills in English and digital marketing knowledge are compulsory.
