  Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  1.3-5+ years experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, System Administration or Project Management.
  2.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and management levels.
  3.Experience working with regional and cross-functional teams.
  4.Strong analytical, problem solving and change management capabilities.
  5.Self-motivated with strong ownership and ability to deliver independently.

• 【Requirements】1. Good understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.2. Knowledge of procurement governance, controls and compliance requirements.3. Experience with Coupa or equivalent procurement platforms.4. Strong Excel and data analytics skills including Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python or equivalent tools.5. Exposure to AI, GenAI, Copilot, automation tools and digital productivity solutions.6. Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, UAT testing and transformation projects.
