Property Sales Executive

Responsibilities :-

Perform the services of a professional Sales Executive and at all times use the best endeavours to promote the interest of the company
Deliver personal and team sales target
Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign / promotion
Handling both incoming sales calls and make outgoing sales calls
Guide potential purchasers round showhouse and to fully demonstrate product, pointing features and benefits and overcoming objections in the process
You shall not represent any other parties in the real estate dealings or transactions except the Company
To provide after sales and services
Initiate, undertake and participate in sales events (including but not limited to open house activities, exhibits, road shows and investors’ night)
To assist the prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance to part finance their purchase of any Products (if necessary)
Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completion upon reservation that all procedures are adhered to

Requirements :-

Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM.
Candidate with real estate sales experience is have an added advantage.
Able to work during weekend and public holiday.
Eligible candidate can earn more than the stated range if you have good working experience and proven achievements.

Sales Coordinator

Willing to work in KL city Center. Will relocated to Setia Alam / Ijok when the office is ready.
