Assisting Store Manager/Area Manager with outlet’s manpower planning, inventory management, preparation of products and overseeing of the daily operations.
Ability to provide trainings to staff on operational skills and knowledge that align with company requirements.
Adhere and assist to enforce the established SOP and guidelines at each workstation.
Support hands on duties such as beverages preparation, manage customer orders and handle payment transactions.
Provide outstanding and enthusiastic customer service at all times.
Maintain store hygiene conditions to ensure compliance with food safety standard and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
