每个国家都有自己的养老金制度，领取养老金的年龄也都不同。现在很多人都将目光投向了中国，在中国打工的同时，中国的雇主也会给外国雇员缴纳养老保险。那么中国的养老金制度和马来西亚的EPF有什么不同呢？

在不考虑其他特殊情况下，我们把马来西亚EPF和中国的养老保险的基本缴纳、领取条件进行对比：

马来西亚和中国养老金制度最大的不同就在于领取的方式。中国采取的是按月领取，直至去世，马来西亚为一次性领取。

按月领取的优点是注重保障，每月固定日期领取，类似发放薪水，不担心老年生活。

一次性领取的优点是可以将养老金集中管理，进行投资理财计划，可以获得更多回报。
