Job Summary

Support daily administrative and operational tasks while ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of assignments in a dynamic office environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and filing documents to maintain organized records
• Verify data accuracy during data entry to support reliable information management
• Apply basic accounting knowledge to key in data related to accounts accurately
• Assist management with daily operational activities to facilitate smooth business processes
• Assist on administrative related work
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience as an accounts assistant combined with administrative duties, holds certificate for accountancy knowledge
