Responsibilities

Pipeline & Deal Management

• Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach and discovery to keep a steady, healthy pipeline.
• Own end-to-end deals from first contact to contract signing and ensure a smooth handover to operations.

Client Engagement & Partnerships

• Run persuasive product demos and prepare proposals that address client needs and advance negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with property professionals and decision makers to grow recurring opportunities.

Reporting & Growth Operations

• Track pipeline and sales activities accurately in CRM and report clear progress to the team weekly.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and update sales playbooks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or technology products.
• Comfortable working in a fast-learning environment with targets and regular client contact.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical experience in sales prospecting and new business development with strong persuasive communication.
• Hands-on use of CRM and lead tracking to manage pipeline and sales activities accurately.
• Knowledge of real estate market basics and the ability to prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Confident communicator who can explain value clearly and build trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise multiple opportunities at once.
