We are family Karaoke operator with Five outlets in Singapore, we’re looking for full-time service crew who can work during either Day or Night shift.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Crew, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude

• Handle walk-in, phone and WhatsApp reservations

• Recommend room packages, promotions, food & beverage items

• Operate the POS system and perform cashiering duties

• Serve food and beverages efficiently

• Ensure customer rooms and outlet facilities are clean and well-maintained

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout every guest’s visit

• Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations

We’re Looking For

Positive attitude with a passion for customer service

Friendly, energetic and enjoys interacting with people

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Experience in F&B, Hospitality or Customer Service is an advantage

No experience? No problem!

Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working Hours

2 Rotating Shifts : 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

5 Rest Days Every Month

Working schedule will be arranged according to operational requirements.

• Serving customers
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas

• Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, deliver orders, clean room, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Minimum Secondary level education
• Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
• Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
• Candidates with relevant working experience in the Karaoke Or F&B industry
