Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily project activities.
• Monitor project progress and update work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget control.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve site issues and support the Project Manager in decision-making.
• Track material delivery and manpower requirements.
• Attend site meetings and inspections.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
