Job Summary

The Digital Executive will support the day-to-day execution and operations of the company’s digital platforms, including eCommerce, CRM, and Loyalty program across the brands within the group. This role will be responsible for maintaining the eCommerce website, supporting digital campaigns across owned channels and executing customer engagement activities to ensure a seamless customer experience across digital touchpoints

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Website Management

• Create and manage product listings, collections, banners, promotions, discount

codes, and campaign setups.

• Support the execution of online campaigns, including product launches, seasonal

promotions, and marketing initiatives.

• Monitor website performance and identify issues affecting customer experience or

sales.

• Assist with website updates to improve product discovery, navigation, and overall

user experience.

• Perform basic website checks to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, links,

and content are updated.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Creative, Customer

Service, Logistics and external vendors, to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams to

facilitate smooth project execution and resolve operational issues.

• Support basic reporting and tracking of eCommerce performance metrics such as

sales, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and campaign performance.CRM & Customer Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across channels such as

email, whatsapp and push notifications.

• Assist with customer segmentation, campaign setup, scheduling, and performance

tracking.

• Monitor CRM campaign performance and prepare basic reports on key metrics such

as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including member

communications, rewards, promotions, and campaign execution.

• Assist with loyalty program updates, customer enquiries, and troubleshooting.

• Support initiatives to grow membership, engagement, and customer retention.

• Track loyalty program performance and share insights with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing,

or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, CRM, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, or loyalty programs is an

advantage.

• Basic understanding of eCommerce metrics such as conversion rate, average order

value, and customer engagement metrics.

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and execution skills.

• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive collaborative

communication across diverse cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Able to follow instructions and guidance while taking ownership of assigned tasks.

• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and improve.

• Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing timelines.

• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and performance data.
