Duties and Responsibilities

• Manageand administrative TR417A maintenance contract.

• Toassist Maintenance Manager to lead Preventive Maintenance (“ PM ”) team,safety issues, body wore cameras (“ BWC ”), vehicles and machineries andinterface with interfacing parties, and assisting Maintenance Manager to managespares parts inventories and etc.
  

Preventive Maintenance(“CM”)

• Leadthe planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive maintenance (PM)activities to ensure system reliability, compliance with maintenance schedules,and optimal equipment performance.

• Reviewpreventive maintenance reports, identify recurring issues and recommendimprovement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanneddowntime.

• Assistin project-related activities including deployment, front-end system setup,installation, testing, and commissioning in accordance with customer technicalrequirements.

• Liaiseand coordinate with technical teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers onmaintenance and project implementation activities.

• Handle customer enquiries, service requests, andcomplaints professionally while ensuring prompt resolution.

Miscellaneous

• ManageBWC matters and as a focal point with client.

• AssistMaintenance Manager in managing spare parts inventory and repair turnaroundcycle for maintenance activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment,usage tracking, and ensuring the availability of critical spares to minimizesystem downtime.

• Interfacingwith Interfacing Parties on the PM subsystems.

• Managethe TR417A Safety matter with the Safety Officer.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdownhistory, spare parts consumption, and service reports for trend analysis,audits, and ISO compliance.

• Proactively monitor, follow up, and closemaintenance incidents, issues, and service requests within agreed servicelevels.

• Be available for on-call support and emergencymaintenance response as required.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, qualitystandards, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, including ISOrequirements.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping andperform any other operational or maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
