Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Expert / Technical Lead to support the development of AI-RAN and next-generation wireless communication technologies. This Singapore-based role will work closely with engineering, product, customers, and partners to turn advanced wireless and AI concepts into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI-RAN, 5G/6G, and wireless communication algorithms.
• Develop simulations, prototypes, and performance evaluation tools using MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar tools.
• Work with engineering teams to translate algorithm concepts into product-ready requirements and implementations.
• Support technical roadmap planning, customer discussions, partner collaboration, and standards-related activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to patents, technical papers, and internal technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in wireless communications, AI/ML algorithms, RAN systems, or baseband algorithm development.
• Strong knowledge of wireless systems such as OFDM, MIMO, beamforming, channel modeling, PHY/MAC design, and 4G/5G/6G architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, or similar engineering tools.
• Good understanding of AI/ML applications in communications, signal processing, networking, or edge inference.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI-RAN, O-RAN, ISAC, massive MIMO, RAN intelligence, or other 6G-related areas.
• Experience with telecom operators, network equipment vendors, semiconductor companies, research institutes, or deep-tech startups.
• Track record of patents, publications, technical proposals, or successful customer-facing demonstrations.
