About the Role

We are hiring a technical AI & Data Analytics Manager to lead KrisShop’s enterprise AI and data governance capability and architect a scalable, secure modern data platform on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. This role is accountable for platform design, data engineering standards, governance controls, and production-grade AI/analytics delivery across commercial, digital, finance, and operations domains.


Job Description

  • Lead AI and Data Governance across the organization, including governance strategy, operating model, technical controls, and enforcement of enterprise standards for data quality, lineage, metadata, privacy, security, and compliance.
  • Own and evolve KrisShop’s modern data architecture on Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics), and design scalable semantic models, governed datasets, and reusable reporting layers in Power BI.
  • Establish end-to-end engineering and release standards for batch and near real-time analytics pipelines, covering ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD, and controlled deployment of SQL artifacts, semantic models, and Power BI reports.
  • Build and prioritize AI and analytics use cases across marketing, merchandising, customer, finance, and operations, translating business goals into clear technical blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with broader SIA Group AI & Data teams to prioritize AI use cases, select fit-for-purpose models, and optimize AI run costs in line with Group AI strategy, governance standards, and approved operating frameworks.
  • Drive user adoption and data literacy through enablement programs, documentation standards, and training for both technical and business teams.
  • Lead internal teams and external partners/vendors to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes while maintaining architecture integrity and governance compliance.
  • Define KPIs and provide regular leadership reporting on data platform health, governance maturity, AI/analytics delivery outcomes, and measurable business impact.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, BI, or AI roles, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or delivery lead capacity.
  • Proven track record leading AI and Data Governance implementation (policies, standards, controls, and operating processes) in medium to large organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, OneLake), Power BI and Power Platform.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise data architecture and governed self-service analytics, including data modeling, semantic layer/reporting design, and scalable cloud platform integration across internal and external data sources.
  • Practical experience implementing end-to-end data platform engineering and control standards across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD release practices, and security/privacy/compliance controls (access control, auditability, and data protection).
  • Proven ability to work with group-level AI/Data teams to align local implementation, model adoption, and cost optimization to enterprise strategy and governance standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business leaders.
  • Strong project/program management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and cross-functional timelines.
  • Experience in e-commerce, travel, retail, or airline-related domains is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML productization and MLOps practices is preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications in Azure Data, Fabric, and Power BI are an advantage.
  • Experience implementing data products and ML-enabled analytics for personalization, campaign effectiveness, demand forecasting/planning, and revenue optimization within governed enterprise data platforms is preferred.
