Job Description

Responsibilities

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Administrator, or Consultant.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow platform and relevant product modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow database structures and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) configuration.

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, principles, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical workflows and solutions.
