While AI is a key part of our products, great software is built on strong engineering foundations. As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll build the platforms, systems and user experiences that bring those capabilities to life.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll own features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

You'll work closely with Product, Design and AI Engineers to deliver scalable, reliable and intuitive software used by customers every day.

You’ll:

• Design and build customer-facing product features from concept to production

• Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI and Node.js

• Build responsive, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript and Tailwind CSS

• Design and optimise relational database structures using PostgreSQL

• Integrate third-party services including CRMs, payment gateways, messaging platforms and external APIs

• Build reusable components and shared platform services across multiple products

• Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into production applications

• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability and scalability

• Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices

• Help improve developer experience through automation, tooling and documentation
  

The Talent

We're looking for engineers who combine strong technical ability with product thinking and ownership.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex business problems into scalable technical solutions

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design and Engineering teams

• Experience developing modern web applications across both frontend and backend

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience building applications with React

• Experience developing backend services using Python, FastAPI or Node.js

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

• Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

• Familiarity with Docker and containerised development

• Experience with Git-based development workflows

• Understanding of authentication, authorisation and application security best practices

• Experience deploying applications on AWS or other cloud platforms

• A strong appreciation for clean architecture, maintainable code and software quality
