Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via hotline and support channels
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer cases and servicefeedback
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and service-related issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Update and maintain customer records in the system
• Support daily hotline

REQUIREMENTS :

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• At least 1 year experience in E-commerce Customer Service
• Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
• Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
• Required skill (s): Communication skill, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional proficiency in any other languages are a strong plus.

Salary package is about RM2,500+-

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
