• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.

• Handle customer orders and follow up on issues.
• Communicate with customers professionally through phone, email, or in person.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure good customer service.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
