• Attend to walk-in customers and respond promptly to customer enquiries and sales leads.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Promote and sell the company's range of interior design materials.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse and Installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain a professional showroom environment and product presentation.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions and market trends.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in interior design, renovation, building materials, furniture, home improvement or related industries will have an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Positive, proactive and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to learn and develop product knowledge.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
