• Location: Woodland
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM )
• Willingness to commit to extended hours when required

Job Description:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the worker dormitory
• Monitor resident check-in, check-out and room allocation activities
• Maintain accurate occupancy records and resident information
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, common areas and facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with dormitory rules
• Enforce dormitory regulations, house rules and company policies
• Handle residents' enquiries, complaints and welfare matters, escalating major issues to the Dormitory Manager when required
• Monitor housekeeping, security, waste management and maintenance activities
• Coordinate repair and maintenance requests and follow up on rectification works
• Ensure dormitory facilities, equipment and common areas are properly maintained
• Monitor access control, visitor registration and security arrangements
• Assist in incident investigations and preparation of incident reports
• Support emergency response activities, fire drills and evacuation exercises
• Ensure compliance with MOM, FEDA, SCDF and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Liaise with service providers, contractors and government officers during inspections and site visits
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
• Support worker welfare programmes and resident engagement activities
• Perform after-office-hour duties and emergency response when required
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dormitory operations, facilities management, property management, worker accommodation or related field
• Familiar with MOM and FEDA requirements for worker accommodation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage a multi-national resident population
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently and respond to emergency situations outside normal working hours when required
