Overview: As an AV Technician, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment used in various events, presentations, conferences, and meetings. Your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of audiovisual systems to facilitate effective communication and engagement for clients and participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Class 3 Licences.
• Prefer to stay at WEST area.
• Proven experience as an AV Technician or similar role in the audiovisual industry.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment such as projectors, audio mixers, amplifiers, microphones, and video conferencing systems.
• Knowledge of audiovisual principles, standards, and protocols.
• Familiarity with AV software, signal processing, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as required by event schedules.

Education and Certification:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or certification in audiovisual technology or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) or similar credentials desirable.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy AV equipment and accessories.
• Stamina to stand, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for handling small components and connectors.
