Key Responsibilities

1. Mechanical Assembly (Primary Focus)

• Perform precision mechanical assembly of Loader/Unloader systems according to engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Align, fit, and assemble components such as frames, motors, gearboxes, and conveyor parts.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure tight tolerances.

• Conduct basic mechanical testing and troubleshooting of assembled units.

2. Electrical Wiring & Cabling (Secondary Focus / Flexi-Role)

• Prepare and cut cables to specified lengths.

• Crimp terminals, label wires, and assemble cable trays /trucking.

• Assist senior electricians with basic panel wiring and connection of sensors/switches (under supervision).

• Ensure all wiring is dressed neatly and adheres to safety standards

3. Dynamic & Team Support

• Assist with machinery testing and quality checks before delivery.
• Stay flexible and shift between mechanical and electrical tasks based on project deadlines.
• Support general workshop operations and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
