Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a cross-functional Agile team responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-availability software applications. The role involves working closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and NestJS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and reliable software systems.
  • Contribute to the adoption of modern technologies, development practices, and engineering tools.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Contribute to technical discussions, solutioning, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
  • Support application performance, reliability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-based deployments.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in Full Stack Development with React.js and NestJS.
  • Experience building and supporting large-scale, high-availability applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as:
  • PostgreSQL
  • MySQL
  • MongoDB
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS is preferred.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Experience or exposure to Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing and integration testing.
  • Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, or Splunk.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
