Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on exposure across Project Management, Business Analysis, and Consulting in a dynamic technology environment. This is a great opportunity for students who want real project experience and are interested in building a career in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Consulting.
What You’ll Do
- Support project planning, coordination, and tracking activities
- Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and process flows
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and project updates
- Contribute to pre-sales materials and basic research
- Support testing (UAT) and project validation activities
- Assist in stakeholder coordination and project meetings
- Conducts/ compiles research materials for consulting presentations
What You’ll Learn
- End-to-end project lifecycle exposure
- Real-world consulting and delivery experience
- Tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
- Strong foundations in project management and business analysis
Who We’re Looking For
- Diploma / Bachelor’s students in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields
- Basic understanding of project management or business analysis concepts
- Exposure to Agile / Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or Power BI
- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
Additional Information
- On-site role at Menara TM
- Minimum 6-month internship commitment required
- Opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance
- Internship allowance up to RM1,000/month
