PKT Logistics (M) Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Coordinating sea fright shipments and transport arrangements (for both FCL and LCL shipments)
• Advanced preparations with co-loaders to book for import and trans-shipment
• Issuance of customers' invoices and payment request such as LSC, Storage and D&D charges are timely to prevent EDO/DO late released by shipping agents
• Ensure customer’s request are well managed & expedite
• Monitor the achievement of shipping order processing by operations
• Manage certificates, permits & documentations for clearance
• Coordinate Inbound / Outbound process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
