To develop creative and engaging visual content that supports the property’s marketing, promotional, branding, and communication activities across digital and offline platforms.

THE JOBSCOPE
- Develop creative concepts and visual materials for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Design artwork for social media, digital platforms, advertisements, emailers, brochures, posters, banners, menus, and other marketing materials.
- Create visual content for events, campaigns, promotions, and business activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Social Media teams to develop creative content.
- Translate campaign ideas and marketing briefs into effective visual concepts.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative materials.
- Assist with photo and video content creation when required.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual assets.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, photographers, and external creative partners when required.
- Manage and maintain an organised library of artwork, images, templates, and creative assets.
- Keep up to date with current design trends, digital content styles, and creative ideas.
- Support event setup and production of marketing materials when required.
- Ensure all artwork is completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Assist with other marketing and communication projects as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Director or management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual composition.
- Experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
- Basic photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop fresh ideas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
