1. RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY :

1.1 Responsible for daily production target achievement of allocated area.

1.2 Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with.

1.3 Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.

1.4 Provide production records and other performance indices to the Production Shift Supervisor whenever required.

1.5 Ensure subordinates comply with the required procedures and instructions.

1.6 Liaise with QA on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences.

1.7 To report process malfunction to the Production Shift Supervisor and liaise with Engineering to resolve the problem.

1.8 To liaise with Production Engineer and concerned departments to ensure production goals are realised.

2. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

2.1 Minimum STPM or equivalent.

2.2 Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry and related field.

2.3 Possess good interpersonal and supervisory skill.

2.4 Mature, self-motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
