Job Summary

To provide technical pre-sales support for SentinelOne cybersecurity solutions by conducting product demonstrations, managing proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, designing security solutions, and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities
Sales & Pre-Sales Support

• Support sales teams in customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer requirements and environments
• Provide technical input for proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders
• Assist in deal qualification and solution positioning

Product Demonstration & POC

• Deliver technical demonstrations of SentinelOne products and solutions
• Plan, deploy, and manage POCs in customer environments
• Analyse POC results and prepare technical evaluation reports
• Provide recommendations based on customer security requirements

Solution Design & Implementation Support

• Design endpoint and cloud security solutions for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Advise customers on deployment architecture and best practices
• Support integration with existing IT and security infrastructure

Internal & Partner Enablement

• Act as the technical subject-matter expert for SentinelOne solutions
• Conduct internal product training and sales enablement sessions
• Stay updated on product updates and cybersecurity trend

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent
• Entry-level position. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Theoretical understanding in Cybersecurity engineering & Endpoint or network security
• Pre-sales, technical consulting, or SOC/MSSP environments
• Solid theoretical understanding of endpoint security, EDR/XDR concepts, and ransomware protection
• Good knowledge of Windows and Windows Server Linux (basic to intermediate) & Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
