Coordinate and manage cross-project teams, ensuring strict adherence to schedules, attendance, deadlines, and training.

Lead project deliverables and supervise team members to ensure all work meets established quality standards.

Monitor and administer project costs to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.

Establish and enforce operational policies and documentation in strict alignment with ISO standards.

Maintain complete oversight of assigned sites to ensure smooth operations and minimize client complaints.

Oversee machinery maintenance and proper equipment usage across all active sites.

Collaborate with HR and management on payroll data, claims, operational reports, and administrative needs.

Provide flexible operational leadership, stepping in for ad-hoc tasks, staff motivation, or specialized cleaning and disinfection when needed.
