Role Overview

This role is responsible for supporting the design and technical functions of infrastructure and construction projects. The successful candidate will coordinate with design consultants, clients and internal stakeholders, manage design deliverables, provide engineering solutions, support tender activities, and ensure design progress is delivered according to project schedules. Experience in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering, particularly in infrastructure projects, is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design consultants' deliverables and submissions.
• Monitor design schedules, track project progress, and update design status.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and relevant authorities on technical design matters.
• Assist in design reviews, drawing management, reports, presentations and technical documentation.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide engineering solutions to resolve design-related issues at construction sites.
• Support tender submissions, quantity take-off, bill of quantities and technical reports when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge in civil, structural and/or geotechnical design.
• Experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, tunnels, underground structures or railway/metro projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and perform under tight deadlines.
