Responsibilities

Overview
To manage the day-to-day IT operations of the property, ensuring all systems, networks, equipment, and technology services are functioning effectively to support business operations and user requirements.

THE JOBSCOPE
  • Oversee daily IT operations and services within the property.
  • Provide technical support to all departments and users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, system, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain computers, servers, network equipment, printers, POS systems, and other IT devices.
  • Monitor network and system performance and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Manage user accounts, email accounts, system access, and permissions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
  • Ensure regular system updates, backups, and maintenance are carried out.
  • Monitor IT security, antivirus protection, and access controls.
  • Maintain IT equipment, asset records, software licences, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and technical support.
  • Support the IT requirements of meetings, events, and daily property operations.
  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, installations, and improvements.
  • Identify technology requirements and recommend practical solutions.
  • Maintain records of IT incidents, maintenance, equipment, and system configurations.
  • Monitor IT-related expenses and assist with procurement when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
  • Provide timely support for urgent IT issues to minimise disruption to operations.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand and address their IT requirements.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience in IT support, networking, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network systems.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and responsive to users’ needs.
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Willing to work shifts or provide support outside normal working hours when required.
