Key responsibilities
Administer and monitor local & cloud infrastructure, virtualized hosts, and containerized services.
Manage cloud and local identity / directory accounts, groups, and device provisioning.
Configure and troubleshoot network devices (Wi-Fi APs, switches, routers) and secure tunnels (SSL VPN, IPsec, Wireguard).
Provide L1 / L2 deskside and remote support across HK and Shenzhen offices; troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Creation and maintenance of general documentation, asset records, licensing and operating manuals
What we are looking for
Education: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years IT support experience with exposure to server or network operations.
Systems & OS:
Windows 10/11 and M365 administration.
Windows Server administration (GPO, DNS, DHCP) and cloud identity management (M365/Entra ID).
Basic Linux administration and CLI proficiency (PowerShell and Bash).
Virtualization & Networking:
Experience administering virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, PVE) and containers (Docker).
Understanding of High Availability (HA) concepts and proxies.
Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and firewall/VPN configurations
Experience with Fortinet or Sophos firewalls.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Proxmox VE (PVE) clusters, shared storage concepts (iSCSI/SAN/NAS).
Familiarity with enterprise server hardware deployment and configuration.
Immediate availability is a plus.
Languages: Conversational English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus.
Attributes: Highly self-motivated, team player, and comfortable with occasional travel to Shenzhen.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Junior System Administrator
