As a Brand Building, you’ll play a key role in turning consumer insights and business opportunities into impactful brand strategies and campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build brands, develop campaigns, and bring ideas to life across different channels.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of brand plans, from short-term activations to longer-term strategies.
• Translate brand strategies into clear and actionable marketing initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, communication, and budgeting.
• Work with Consumer & Market Insights (CMI) to identify consumer insights, market opportunities, and trends.
• Collaborate with Digital, Media, and PR teams to develop and execute integrated brand campaigns.
• Partner with Commercial Marketing & Market Development teams to ensure effective brand activation across channels and areas.
• Develop creative ideas for existing products and new product development (NPD) in collaboration with Brand Development and Product Acceleration teams.
• Monitor execution to ensure brand initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brands, innovation, and storytelling.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
