Responsibilities

Job Brief

Responsible for managing and coordinating the Firm’s licensing, membership and regulatory compliance matters, including those of its related companies. The role involves liaising with relevant authorities, supporting internal teams and ensuring timely completion of regulatory requirements and statutory obligations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit and monitor license applications, renewals and amendments to ensure timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing and registration records and ensure licenses remain valid and compliant across the Firm and its related entities.
  • Monitor changes in applicable regulatory requirements and assist with internal communications and coordination of related compliance processes.
  • Liaise with licensing authorities, government agencies and other relevant regulatory bodies on licensing and registration matters.
  • Support the preparation of the Firm’s annual transparency report by coordinating information and documentation with relevant departments.
  • Support the implementation of the Firm’s System of Quality Management (SoQM), including maintaining relevant records and following up on assigned actions, where required.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in licensing, registration, compliance, regulatory administration or a similar role, preferably within an audit or professional services firm.
  • Experience in handling professional licenses, registrations, renewals, regulatory submissions and related documentation would be an advantage.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness of documentation and records.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to anticipate requirements, follow up on outstanding matters and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with internal teams, partners and external parties.
  • Team player who is willing to take on additional responsibilities and support the team when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with licensing, registration and professional regulatory requirements applicable to audit practices would be an advantage.
