About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer – L3 to support enterprise network infrastructure across new site deployments, SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, VPN, LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, and related network technologies.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in new site setup, particularly the end-to-end deployment and configuration of Cisco Meraki sites and SD-WAN environments. Experience with site-to-site VPN and physical network equipment installation is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Lead and execute new site setup and network deployment activities.
- Perform end-to-end Cisco Meraki site setup and configuration.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPN tunnels.
- Support LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, VPN, and related network infrastructure.
- Perform network device configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimization.
- Support network migrations, deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Troubleshoot complex L3 network incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity.
- Work with infrastructure, security, vendors, and other technical teams to resolve network issues.
- Support P1/P2 incidents and follow appropriate incident and change management processes.
- Prepare and maintain network documentation, configurations, HDLD/LLD, and operational procedures.
- Perform network device backup, recovery, and failover activities.
- Ensure network security and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior engineers.
Required Technical Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
- Strong experience in new site setup and network deployment.
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Cisco Meraki sites.
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN.
- Experience configuring Site-to-Site VPN tunnels.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and enterprise networking.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
- Knowledge of routing and switching, including BGP and IP networking.
- Experience with firewalls and network security.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, NTP, RADIUS, and TACACS.
- Strong network troubleshooting and packet analysis skills.
- Experience with network monitoring and incident management.
- Good knowledge of network documentation and change management processes.
