Key Responsibilities

• Promote and introduce takaful products to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable takaful protection solutions.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, social media, events, and other approved channels.
• Contact and follow up with potential customers professionally.
• Explain product benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly and accurately.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with enquiries and required documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related fields.
• Fresh graduates, students, working professionals, retirees, and individuals seeking additional income are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
