The company focuses on delivering high-quality Japanese cuisine, combining authentic flavors, presentation, and modern dining experiences.

Job Scope:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, tables, and service stations
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints politely
• Process payments (cash, card, e-wallet) and issue receipts
• Assist in food preparation or basic kitchen duties when required
• Maintain proper table setup and clear tables promptly after use
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and SOP guidelines
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Restock items such as utensils, condiments, and beverages
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet

Requirement:

• Malaysian citizen
• 18 years & above
• No experience required (Training provided!)
• Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
