Job Responsibilities::

• Assist in daily HR administrative and operational activities.
• Maintain and update employee personal records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related information.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
• Handle employee leave applications, medical certificates, claims, and other HR documentation.
• Assist in monitoring employee attendance and follow up on absenteeism, late attendance, and other attendance-related issues.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, including medical, insurance, dental, optical, and other company entitlements.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, manpower reports, attendance summaries, and other HR-related documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure proper handling of sensitive HR documents.
• Perform other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Previous experience in administration or manpower management is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Willing to work at the project site.
