Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products to contractors, developers, architects, consultants, dealers, and end-users in the building materials industry, including ESD tiles, SPC flooring, welding rods, adhesive glue, copper tape, and related products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, site visits, referrals, and market research
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide professional consultation to clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients
• Monitor project developments and track potential sales opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecast, and maintain proper documentation

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience (experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Basic technical understanding of construction materials is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred to liaise with diverse clients)
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for client meetings
