Job Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Cost Controller to manage and optimize all cost-related activities in our Central Kitchen/Food preparation Facility. This role is ideal for someone who understands F&B operations, can monitor food and production costs closely, ensure accurate inventory and wastage control, and work cross-functionally to improve margins while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to prepare new finished product costing.
• Familiar with Food Market Hub System.
• Update pricing in the system when costs changes.
• Update and maintain product costs in the system.
• Constantly review supplier costs and make recommendations to chefs.

Requirements

• Related Diploma and/or Degree
• Minimum 2 years as a Cost Controller in a Central Kitchen/Food Preparation Factory (preferably).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
