Hiring: Software Architect / Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect / Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across large-scale C#/C++ platforms supporting TEMS Investigation, Paragon, and Pocket products.

Location - Kuala Lumpur

Duration - long term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Define target architecture and modernization roadmap for core C#/.NET platforms.
• Lead system design reviews, technical governance, and architecture decisions.
• Design scalable and high-performance architectures for large enterprise applications.
• Own decoder architecture and protocol message parsing for LTE/NR/GSM/WCDMA.
• Design state machines, workorder execution schedulers, and assignment orchestration systems.
• Guide teams on design patterns, coding standards, refactoring, and best practices.
• Lead POCs and technology evaluations.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware-software integration issues.
• Mentor senior engineers and development teams.
• Drive technical debt reduction and platform modernization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#/.NET and C/C++.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise applications and legacy modernization.
• Strong knowledge of WPF/WinForms and Windows desktop development.
• Experience designing high-performance, scalable systems.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL skills.
• Experience with TypeScript and UI/map components.
• Strong architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred

• Telecom protocol experience: LTE, NR, GSM, WCDMA.
• Kotlin/Android development.
• Geospatial/mapping systems and offline maps.
• Golang experience.
• Hardware-software integration experience.
