Responsibilities
- Support IT operations with a focus on AWE Network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with various brands of firewall, switches, AP.
- Participate in IT operational projects, including systems upgrades, process improvements, etc.
- Establish and maintain robust communication and network policies, standards, and security procedures that keep everything running smoothly and securely.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including vendors and contractors, to drive seamless operations and project success.
- Monitor system capacity and fine-tune performance to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Manage and monitor security tools such as firewalls, switches and SIEM.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisor.
