Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware development, or embedded product engineering.
  • Experience with RTOS platforms such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX, RT-Thread, or similar.
  • Experience with Embedded Linux platforms such as Yocto, Buildroot, or equivalent.
  • Experience shipping embedded products to market.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across firmware and hardware domains.
  • Ability to read schematics and understand hardware at a system level.

  • Logging, diagnostics, watchdogs, and fault recovery
  • Power management and battery-powered systems
  • Bluetooth, BLE, and Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Hardware-software integration and system debugging
Nice to Have
  • Experience with smart glasses, wearables, action cameras, body cameras, dashcams, AR/VR devices, or consumer electronics.
  • Experience with camera modules, image sensors, ISP pipelines, video encoding, or media systems.
  • Experience optimizing battery life, charging systems, and thermal performance.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Ambarella, Qualcomm, Nordic, ESP32, Rockchip, Allwinner, Ingenic, STM32, or similar.
  • Experience supporting products through EVT, DVT, PVT, factory validation, and mass production.
Who You Are
  • You have shipped real products, not just prototypes.
  • You enjoy solving difficult technical problems and identifying root causes.
  • You are comfortable reviewing technical work, making recommendations, and getting hands-on when needed.
  • You can balance attention to detail with a broader system-level perspective.
  • You care about building reliable products that customers can depend on.
