We’re looking for a Associate Product Manager to work closely with our product development team and clients in turning business needs into clear product requirements, coordinating releases, testing new features, and continuously improving user experience across our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client and internal requirements into clear user stories, technical specifications, wireframe, and PRD documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth and on time feature delivery.
• Manage full product lifecycle from requirement gathering, sprint planning, development, UAT through deployment and post-launch support.
• Manage releases and track progress against milestones.
• Lead user testing (UAT), validate new features, and ensure quality before deployment.
• Conduct product demos for presales and deliver training to clients.
• Analyse product feedback and usage data from users and identify areas for improvement and enhancement opportunities.
• Own product documentation, release notes, and communication with stakeholders .
• Develop deep product expertise in our SaaS solutions, cloud infrastructure, and facilities management domain.

Requirements

• Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Having minimum 3 years of experience in product management, product coordination, business analysis, or software development with advantage working on SaaS.
• Product Skills: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, PRDs, wireframing, UI UX concepts, QA Processes and product management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.)
• Technical Comfort: Understanding of web and mobile applications, cloud technology basics, and SaaS fundamentals.
• Communication: Strong coordinator and communicator who can explain technical concepts to diverse audiences (developers, clients, senior management)
• Self-Directed: Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision; thrives in small team environments.
• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset who enjoys solving problems with drive to improve products and user experience.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with SaaS, ERP, CMMS, API integration or data analytics
• Having experience or understand facilities management technology.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, IoT, cybersecurity, or DevOps concepts.
