JOB SCOPE

* Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach campaigns.

* Financial Planning - Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans aligned to client goals.

* Risk Assessment- Evaluate client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance, investment, and protection products.

* Portfolio Management- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly, adjusting recommendations to reflect market changes and life events.

* Regulatory Compliance- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards governing financial advice.

* Sales Targets- Meet monthly and quarterly production targets while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention rates.

* Continuous Learning- Pursue ongoing professional development, certifications, and product knowledge training as required.

* Client Relationship Management- Build long-term trust-based relationships through regular engagement, reviews, and proactive communication.

* Business Development- Contribute to team growth by participating in events, seminars, and strategic business development initiatives.
