Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end vehicle auction activities, including preparing auction documents, liaising with auction agent and bidders, and monitoring auction results.
- Manage vehicle ownership transfer processes and ensure all documents are complete, accurate and submitted on time.
- Support legal and recovery activities by preparing, tracking and maintaining relevant documents, case files and records.
- Liaise with internal departments, auctioneers, government agencies, lawyers, runners and external service providers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely follow-up.
- Maintain proper filing, document control and record-keeping in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring all relevant records are complete and readily available.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Asset Management Department, including preparing reports, correspondence and meeting materials.
- Assist management with ad-hoc tasks, projects and departmental initiatives when required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any field
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of related experience in debt collection industry.
• Experienced in dealing with government agencies/department is preferred.
• Familiarity with government agency documentation processes and ownership transfer
procedures is an added advantage.
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must possess own transport. Travelling is required as part of the role to government
agencies/departments.
