The Front Office Associate is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant stay for all hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and politely.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain the front desk area clean and organized.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding bookings or inquiries.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a high level of hospitality service.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is an advantage (preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel front office or customer service is an advantage, if not training will be provide.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Working Hours
