KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support financial, management, and statutory reporting activities.
• Lead month-end closing and reporting, including P&L and Balance Sheet preparation.
• Manage accrual and prepayment schedules to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective expense planning.
• Ensure accounting records comply with applicable regulations, financial reporting standards, and Group policies.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure accurate contribution margins and operational results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial and operational analysis to provide insights for management decision-making.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations on business and operational matters.
• Contribute to improving financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
