Monstr Confectionery Hiring! Full Time Digital Ads Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads.

Monitor campaign performance daily, track key metrics including ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM and conversion rate, and adjust accordingly.

Manage ad budgets effectively across platforms to maximise return on ad spend within allocated monthly budget.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.

Collaborate with the content and creative team to brief, review and deploy ad creatives that perform.

Optimise marketplace storefronts on Shopee product listings, keywords, vouchers and sponsored ads.

Analyse sales data and ad performance reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations for management.

Stay current with platform algorithm updates, new ad formats and digital marketing best practices.

Identify new advertising opportunities and channels to grow Monstr's reach and online revenue.

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or marketplace advertising platforms

Experience running Shopee Ads or Lazada Sponsored Solutions is a strong advantage.

Comfortable with data, able to read reports, spot trends and make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel

Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns across platforms simultaneously.

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage but not required.
