Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure effective and timely project delivery

Coordinate daily site activities and escalate risks or delays promptly to maintain schedule adherence

Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress assessments to verify work accuracy

Ensure works are executed according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards

Resolve site issues and coordinate rectification work to maintain project quality and timelines

Prepare detailed site reports, inspection records, and progress updates for clear stakeholder communication

Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management to secure access and necessary approvals for project execution

Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams while conducting safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards

Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to uphold project standards

Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination to support project requirements

Support project handover by ensuring all deliverables are completed and documented accurately

Required competencies and certifications

Knowledge of site safety practices to maintain a safe working environment

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to produce reports and documentation

Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for project coordination

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, or similar design software is a plus factor

Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies to enhance project execution

Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient resource allocation

Knowledge of workplace safety and construction regulations to support compliance efforts

Able to work independently
